TX2 industrial robots

TX2 industrial robots are versatile and ready to work in industrial environments, and those with specific requirements such as food, pharmaceutical, laboratory, electronic and photovoltaic industries.

They have an enclosed structure and a compact design that includes a 6-axis encapsulated hygienic arm, with no external cables. TX2 robots can operate in any environment, from harsh and dirty to clean and sterile. With IP65/67 protection across the range and a pressurisation kit available for further enhancement.

This line of robots provides the ideal combination of speed, rigidity, size and precision.

Thanks to the TX2 arm and CS9 controller, high productivity and collaboration is made possible by a unique set of optional SIL3-PLe modular safety functionalities that help achieve high productivity while ensuring human-machine collaboration.

Its wide integration flexibility allows for floor and ceiling mounting on the larger units (TX2-160 and TX2-200) but also any other angle on the smaller units.

JCS gearboxes, designed, manufactured and patented by Stäubli, guarantee repeatability, precision, path quality and robot speed. Durability is guaranteed by being bathed in a synthetic oil sump; with the possibility of using NSF H1 food-grade oil without loss of performance.

No batteries and reduced maintenance guarantee a minimum TCO (Total Cost of Ownership). In addition, sharing components and controller with the rest of the range simplifies use and interchangeability.

Prepared to be connected to the world of production, including OPC UA to communicate with MES / ERP platforms. The incorporation of the most modern field buses guarantees connectivity with PLCs, grippers, cameras, sensors and other digital devices.

TX2 robots guarantee a safe investment thanks to their minimal start-up and maintenance requirements. They require no battery in either the arm or the controller, and all subcomponents are accessible and interchangeable, resulting in a lower total cost of ownership.

The TX2 model range includes the TX2-40 to the TX2-200L, with a reach ranging from 515 mm to 2609 mm.
