E80 Group's robotic labeling redundant system boosts supply chain intralogistics operations by automatically printing and applying labels on pallets at the end of the production chain. It is fitted with an anthropomorphic robot, which guarantees flexibility and operational high speed in tight spaces, and a camera, that checks the label correct application and the barcode readability. The system redundancy, thanks to the option with two printers, allows to double the operational autonomy and to carry out the label reel automatic changeover without any production downtime, thus increasing the overall end-of-line efficiency.
